During Ric's 20+ years in advertising, he has managed multimillion dollar budgets and campaigns for brands like American Honda, McDonald’s, Toyota, Wells Fargo, and Verizon, while at some of
the most venerable ad agencies on the planet, including BBDO, JWT, Hill Holliday and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Ric developed the GetHearted concept as a way of giving back,
while serving a new generation of consumer, and new business models catering to the brands and retailers of tomorrow.
Between his commutes from NY to LA, Ric relishes his pool-side time with 5 year old daughter Penelope.
David Kleiman – National Director - Retail Partnerships
Dedicating over fifteen years in the entertainment marketing and communications industry, David has provided innovative solutions and revenue for category leaders across various technology sectors.
David basks in developing integrated, cross-platform partnerships across sports, entertainment and cause relation segments – especially when inspiring consumer interest and loyalty. He has worked with such partners as Verizon, Apple, Skype, National Football League, NBC and celebrity icons like Jennifer Lopez.
David recently added “Dad” to his proud list of accomplishments when he and his wife Marni welcomed Frankie Mia to the world on Sept. 11, 2013.
Jay Zaltzman – Director of Marketing and Insights
Over the past twenty years, Jay has helped resolve marketing questions for a wide variety of companies, including Microsoft, Union Bank, Volvo, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, McCann-Erickson and many others.
Jay listens to the voice of the consumer and applies his strategic expertise to create "win-win" situations that benefit both brands and their customers.
Jay spends his free time in Palm Springs, CA, where he is co-founder of Salon for the Parched, a think tank for people interested in new ideas.
Chris VanAnden – National Manager - Retail Partnerships
As a budding marketing professional, and tech junkie, Chris has worked with a variety of companies like Natural Child World Magazine and Hill Holliday/Erwin Penland, honing his craft in developing and executing national consumer campaigns.
Chris is excited to be a part of our growing GetHearted team and has been instrumental in building our East Coast presence. His
keen desire to help those in need certainly has come in handy!
Originally from upstate New York, Chris currently resides in New Jersey with his girlfriend and their dog Josey. He loves sports, photography and enjoys all things technology.
Justine Tinari – Asst. Manager - Retail Partnerships
An advertising major at NYIT, Justine’s recent contributions to the GetHearted family run far and wide. While helping to establish our retailer presence in NY, be it through market research one day, or maintaining site content the next, Justine's days are never dull!
In between her travel to and from Staten Island, Justine allows her creative spirit to wander by expressing herself through a mixed configuration of art, mainly painting, drawing or sketching.
Justine also prides herself in the spirit of giving back, a fundamental reason for her involvement in GetHearted’s leading purpose.
